Action Plan for Module 11

Review the list of needs that you developed with your church planting team as a part of Module 9 training and the related action plan with those participating in your church plant.Have a time of dedication to the Lord asking Him to release and strengthen the gifts needed to meet the needs you have identified. Do not focus on the gifts but on the Giver of the gifts.Allow each person to begin moving toward meeting the needs they feel led to meet. Keep the focus and emphasis on meeting the needs in loving ministry rather than on the gift. Take note of the gifts people are exercising.
