I have seen a group of people together as a church but with with no cohesion, the leader cant even detail their faith status wither born again or not, or when the became christians. That becomes a breeding ground for non believers influencing the church from within. Sometimes even in leadership position

    5 Steps are:

    Evangelism

    Discipleship

    Membership

    Leadership

    Worship service.

This order is the best since it terget the unsaved , nurtures the converts, intergrates the new disciples in the church system and helps them to own the vision of the planting pastor.

I knew church planting is a good thing but had not analysed the reasons why.<div>

I like the fact that new churches are flexible, stimulate Established once and enhance proximity to the lost hence aiding discipleship.
