    Mentoring is the art and practice of working side by side of two or more parties who agree to learn from each other. in the process, both the mentor and the mentee get to appreciate each other’s efforts towards a particular course.

    Yes. In each of the instances, I had to make the efforts to try and mend the relationships either by way of apologizing or trying to get into the other party’s position.

    It requires a lot more patience to teach adults.

    By cultivating the attribute of patience and regular follow ups to encourage the adult learners to make some progress.

    Both the mentor and mentee must cooperate to have a succesful mentoring experience.

    Starting with the end in mind, our first Church Plant in our area began in the reverse order and for sure, we really did struggle.

    Wally, kindly take not of this experience for a subject of later conversation as we share experiences a long the journey.

    These are very critical and valuable guides in establishing healthy churches.

    Am inspired and have got to see some of the pitfalls I never knew of.

    It’s also exciting to learn that planting of new churches helps revamp existing and plateaued churches. This is something so new to me.
